Not sure if the calves are getting better, or I’m learning to deal with the pain better! I’m still limping around, but not quite as badly! I am now using the Pose action exclusively in my running, an it’s bloody hard work.
I’m a little bit stuck because I’m not sure if I’m doing it right. I can’t see myself running, so at the moment I can only go by what it feels like, and it feels like I’m running like a baby giraffe. Whilst the stride is becoming a little more familiar, I think I look a little bit awkward still. People I regularly run with are commenting on the change in my style and asking me if I’m okay! Altogether though, I’m happy with the way things are going.
