Pose – Week 2

The calves are still very sore, but I’m plugging away. I’ve read that 2 to 4 weeks of this type of soreness is to be expected. I saw a few good videos on YouTube about Pose, and it looks like there are at least a few people making a living from teaching it. Must be something in it.

I definitely feel that this action would prevent injuries. Bringing the foot back under the body as much as possible and landing towards the toes means that the knee, ankle, hip and foot can all absorb the shock of impact. It feels like all these joints are rigid in my natural action.
